According to Gregg Braden we are the only beings on this planet that are able to consciously create.. or in other words we have the potential to be able to determine the difference between making a decision from our head or our heart. The work of Dr Bruce Lipton cell biologist also supports this. These Quantum scientists have revealed that our brain is a 'polarity organ' which means that our logical brain is fantastic at 'thinking' and weighing things up in a yes/no fashion. (for those of us who are fortunate to have a fully functioning brain). This leads to another question, then what is our thinking based on? It's common knowledge now that all our beliefs and values from everything that we have experienced and gave memorable meaning too (positive and not so positive), has informed who we 'think' we are. However this does not mean we are a victim to our own thinking. The same new science and the work of Gregg Braden and The Heart Math Institute has also revealed that the human heart has it's own brain, and is by far the more powerful of the two organs when it comes to making decisions and in fact our heart brain talks to our polarity organ and not the other way around like we have been lead to believe. This little piece of information can be life changing if it is heard, re-remembered and more importantly, practiced. One of the reasons why I now choose to regularly meditate and why it's a recommended practise for all of us is that meditation is proven to reduce the 'white noise' that goes on in our brains and when this 'clutter' reduces we can be more connected to our heart brain. Meditation is also proven to increase immunity and decrease stress, which is worth remembering especially now. When we are more in our heart brain we create a vibration which has a specific frequency, some scientists are calling this 'love', Einstein was one of those. (Love talked about here in the sense of a frequency rather than an emotion). We know when we have hit that frequency because there is such an overwhelming sense of connection that it can not be analyzed in our brain. It's beyond words. When I learnt Heart Coherence as a technique last year in Sedona I bought it back to my practise and have been actively passing this on to my clients in the context of what's happening for them in their lives. Our korero shifts between the need to analyze and talk about what's going on and the need to increase heart vibration and create something other than the experiences that their beliefs are seemingly holding them back from. The work I do can be researched by googling psychoneuroimmunology for those who need to satisfy their polarity organ. We don't need a degree to do this work it's available to all of us and is all over the net. I've recognised for many many years that the science of self help has to start from within and I only got to that point because of a decade of inner turmoil and conflict which was always my leverage to want something 'else' I just didn't know what. I practised lots of external stimulu's which of course lead to a shift internally, it just took a lot longer and it was hard to maintain when working from my logical organ only. I tried much, from crystals, to exercise, to a huge range of products which all supported my wellbeing, but none for me hit my call 'home'. Everyone is responsible for the thoughts they think and the things that we choose as our objects of attention. Personally I found it important to give as many things a go until I found the right ingredients that gave the right meaning for me. If you would like to join a group of like minds to talk about the Heart Coherence work please get hold of me or simply join our group on fb 'Stepping Into A New Paradigm'. Our lives can be explained, considered, talked about and debated , but in the end it will be our feelings that drive us through any experience. www.carlascoachingforhealth.com or https://www.facebook.com/CC4Health/
