Passion! Its in all of us just waiting to be ignited. Its a great motivator and it's worth discovering as it gives us a lift and throws us into feeling alive and living each day like its our last. Don't medicate it or numb it, let it go!. It cant be taught or intellectualised and learnt from rote...It needs to be 'felt' and encouraged out, from somewhere inside. Maybe passion is simply creativity and for some it can be found in the arts, writing, dancing, speaking, music, building, cars, sewing, teaching, etc etc. No body's passion is any better than anyone else's and we can't tell others what their passions should be. We need to find it ourselves. Once found it needs to be valued just as equally as other factors in our life. I am extremely fortunate to be part of helping others find their passions, and in my opinion if we spent more time in main stream health or in our social services discovering what made our wheels spin, then we would have a more positive platform on which to base better physical and mental health. Life is far too short to let passion pass on by, and I can help you discover yours.
