Thanks to the work of Dr Bruce Lipton and all his colleagues and supporters we now have a frame work that can be used for holistic health. A frame work which starts off from our belief systems and the impact those have on our cells. Ancient cultures have known this for centuries of course, and clearly old science dismissed these ideas for reasons only they will know. Looking back with blame on how we got here is futile, as those who understand how energy and beliefs work coherently will also understand that wherever our mauri, chi, energy is, will simply create more of the same. So how to move forward from my perspective lies in looking at our own 'self' and what thoughts and frequency are we transmitting and receiving which transcribes into our realities. This informs the work I do and will continue to do even if mainstream struggles with this.
How we change the world lies in how we change ourselves, and the quantum physics is now measuring the relationship that we have/are, not only with ourselves and each other, but the effect we have on our planet's health. I feel that this is a critical time for a lot of people, there's a lot of pressure both individually and collectively to do something different. Of course there are those who will dig their heels in and not want to accept any personal responsibility when it comes to change, that of course as always is their choice. We will ultimately create the life that we see already for ourselves and only we are responsible for how we see ourselves. Dr Bruce Lipton cell biologist talks into this from a physical perspective with a simple message, and that is how we see life is translated into chemistry by our brain – so be mindful what you believe in and accept from others. This chemistry then becomes part of our blood which is integral to our cells health and genetic activity. Dr Lipton goes on to say that 90% of our dis-ease and illness can be stress related.
I heard it said recently from a young person that we need to be teaching emotional regulation, and I tend to agree so long as children simply arn't burying their emotions to appease an out of control adult! and lets be real what adult do we know that's got their life completely emotionally sussed? Mindfulness as a practise in schools is a great place to start to change our world, and also learning how to be more mindful of how we all emotionally respond and our open ness to challenge that in ourselves when life isn't working the way we want it to be. Running right along side that though is also being kind enough to ourselves to remember that we are all a work in progress doing the best we can.
