No matter what I do I can't seem to change my thinking and behaviour. There is a good reason for this, and it's because of our conditioning. With strategy, practise and the determination to beat persistent and resistant thoughts it can be done. The mechanics behind it sit in neuro science and can be understood more by reading up on the experts like Dr Kerry Spackman (The Winners Bible), and Dr Joe Dispenza (Evolve your Brain). My model of coaching and development uses many of the strategies of these scientists. It's very simple, fun, and so subtle it doesn't feel like 'hard work' and the results are life changing. I know because I am testimony to these powerful tools.
