Wellbeing can often require adjusting our physical health and/or our mental and emotional health. Although they work together it is often difficult to identify what comes first the 'chicken or the egg'. Some people like to approach their health from the 'outside' in by way of increasing their physical activity or others may want to seek and identify what motivates them to assist with better choices and decisions. Either way I can offer face to face personal support.
